I think, it means the unique logo designs submitted by the contestants.
If it is so, I would request you to tell those names also along with the winners. To motivate the contestants.
While we received 1820 submissions for the logo contest, many people submitted multiple entries. 296 different users submitted entries.
Unfortunately we have not mentioned to the users that there names would be made public. For the next competition we can let user’s opt into publicizing their personal information.

Yeah many of the logo’s submitted earlier too were direct copy’s of existing logo’s online..
